The hotel was incredible and fairly clean. It had good wi-fi. Its location was magnificent on a high mountain. The staff were wonderful people. The room was very comfortable with a neat bed. We had the most superb few days there.

The hotel had always welcoming personnel. The property's location was marvelous, on a hilly area. It was near to the Alharam Masjid and hill.

Great location just next door to al haram- masjid as well as the HOLY MOSQUE in a very quiet area. Comfy room plus climate control, a private safe, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

The lifts were fast and responsive. Room service for towels etc. was great. The hotel provided a peaceful and relaxed environment for a very cheap price compared to others nearby. The only minor issue was the lack of WiFi and weak mobile signal in the rooms.
